Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been received. Shipments are sent via UPS with online tracking. If you require delivery with a signature upon receipt, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.

Regardless of the shipping method selected, you will be able to track your order online throughout the delivery process.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and transportation. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

We recommend combining multiple items into a single order whenever possible. Separate orders cannot be merged after they have been placed, and shipping charges will be calculated for each order individually.

Your items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. We use appropriately sized boxes and high-quality protective packaging, especially for fragile products.
